The Return of Souris Rouge

  Souris Rouge, “This time my meeting with the chaton
will be different! I am a brave mouse!”

  Souris Rouge, “All ways the tail.”

 Souris Rouge, “You might like my tail but if I remain
still you will see that I am not a tasty mouse
and leave me alone!”

  Souris Rouge, “Hey! Don’t push!!!”

Souris Rouge, “Ok you can push me!  But you will never
wound my pride!!”

*Note: When I came in the bath room this morning this was what I found.

Caline, “So close!”

The Best Tail Ever

 The Frenchman’s wife, “Frère, what are you doing?”

  Frère, “Playing with this mouse’s tail.”

  Frère, “I love to play with the tail of a mouse!”

Frère, “I love it so very much!!!”



*Note: When Frère plays with his mice his favorite part is always the tail.

French Lesson 4

 Frère, “Today I will teach you another
wonderful word in French!”

  Frère, “It is the word “Le Panier” which
means “The Basket”.”

  Frère, “Now to use this word in a sentence.
 Je dors dans mon panier!”
(Translation: I sleep in my basket!)

Frère, “Speaking of sleeping I think I
feel a little nap coming on…”

 The Frenchman’s wife, “Caline, why do you always
lay there on my husbands desk?”

 Caline, “I don’t always lay, I stand too!”

 Caline, “There are filing folders here!!!”

Caline, “Why are there filing folders
in my napping corner!”

Relaxing in the Garden

 Frère, “This is the best place to relax!”

 Frère, “There’s a perfect view of the
balcony and the sun is just right!”

 Frère, “I love being in my garden!”
The Frenchman’s wife, “But I thought you didn’t
like gardens because of that one time we
took you out into one.”

 Frère, “This garden is an indoor garden,
therefore I like it!”
The Frenchman's wife, “Oh, I see.”

 Frère, “Come here sister and look at
the beautiful view.”

Caline, “Oh, it is beautiful!”

Sleepy Kitty

 The Frenchman, “Look at Him! Tail hanging
off on one end and head on the other!”

The Frenchman’s wife, “Do you really think that it’s
comfortable to sleep like that?”

The Frenchman, “I think we might be
bothering his nap.”

Frère, “Really you think so?”

Frère, “Stretch!”

Frère, “You two talk too much.
Don’t you know what time of day it is.”

Frère, “It’s nap time!”
