 The Frenchman’s wife, “Caline, what
are you doing on top of
the clock?”

 Caline, “The Clock?”

 Caline, “Well I wasn't doing much.”

Caline, “Just looking around.”

April Fools Day!

 The Frenchman, “Joyeux
Poisson d’Avril!”
(Translation: Happy
Fish of April!)

 Frère, “A fish!?”

 Frère, “I don’t want this on me!”

 Frère, “Why would you
put a fish on me!”
The Frenchman, “I put one
on Caline too!”

 Caline, “I’m taking this off!”

Caline, “There!”
Frère, “He’s nutty putting fish on us!”



*Note: Today in France is called Poisson d’Avril or Fish of April. To play a jock on your friend you tape a paper fish to there back.

The Napping Sphinx

The Frenchman’s wife, “Oh look you were doing
your Sphinx pose and fell asleep!”

 Frère, “I am not a Sphinx! I’m a normal cat!”

The Frenchman’s wife, “Ok, you’re a
cat who looks like a Sphinx.”
Frère, “Your disturbing my nap!”

The After Dinner Show

*Note: After dinner we got up and began to clear the table. I left my chair pulled out and when I came back to push it in this is what I found:

 The Frenchman’s wife, “Well hello Frère!”

The Frenchman’s wife, “Are you
enjoying watching my husband
clean the dishes?”

The Frenchman’s wife, “Caline are you well relaxed?”
Caline, “Oh oui!!!”
(Translation: Oh yes!!!)

Outside Again Part 5

*Note: At last it came time for Caline’s outside trip to end:

Caline, “Look it’s a funny looking tree!”

The Frenchman, “No Caline, that’s a
vine you’re climbing on.”

Caline, “Oh I see, it goes up this tree.”

Caline, “Then it goes around here.”
The Frenchman’s wife, “Be careful to
not get tangled up!”

Caline, “I’m not tangled.”



Note: Shortly after this picture we had to untangle her from the vine. Then it was time to go back inside. Caline wanted to run so my husband took her and they ran through the woods together just like this:

The Frenchman, “Don’t fall behind!”
Caline, “You just wait, I’m going
to beat you home!”

*Note: After riding on my shoulder for a while Caline jumped down to explore.

 Caline, “This place is very different!”
