Doigts de Pieds Propres!

 Frère, “Lick the toes.”

 Frère, “Bight the toes.”

 Frère, “Smell the toes.”

Frère, “And to finish lick the nose.”

 Frère, “All done!”
The Frenchman, “And what
did that achieve?”

Frère, “Clean toes!”

Belles Fleurs

 Caline, “Hello pretty flowers.”

 Caline, “You smell so tasty.”

  The Frenchman, “Caline, what
are you doing?”

Caline, “Nothing.”

*Note: Caline always finds the flowers my husband gives me, she likes to bight them. And sometimes she knocks the vase over, thus she is not allowed near them though she often finds away to get to them.

The Tower Battle Begins

 Caline, “Bonjour brother,
can I please come on top with you?”

Frère, “No silly sister!”

Frère, “This is my place, go find your own!”

Caline, “YOU ARE SO MEAN!!!”

Caline, “You’re the worst big brother ever!”

*Note: Frère thinks that this tower belongs to him and he never allows Caline to be on top, at least not without a fight! To see more about this tower and Caline and Frère's arguments over it click here.  And to see their first battle click here.

Sous la Table

The Frenchman’s wife, “There you are Caline!”

The Frenchman’s wife, “I’ve been looking for you.”

Caline, “I’ve been here the whole time.”
The Frenchman’s wife, “Why do you like
 to sleep under the table?”

Caline, “Because it’s a great place to hide!”

The Frenchman’s wife, “You should be careful
someone might not see you and pull out the chair
and sit down on you.”

Caline, “They should be more careful not to sit on me
unless they want a claw in there butt!”

*Note: Caline and Frère have often enjoyed taking naps under the table but mostly Caline. To see them under the table when they were smaller click here.

Wet Kittens!

Frère, “Don’t touch me! I don’t want to ever
speak to you again! Come on sister!”

Frère, “Let’s just clean up this mess
and ignore the mean ones!”

The Frenchman’s wife, “I’m sorry you don’t like
to be bathed.  But if you like I’ll give you a treat.”

Frère, “Did you say treat!”
Caline, “Did you say treat!”

Frère, “Where are the treats?”

The Frenchman’s wife, “Right here,
would you like some.”

Frère, “Oui! But you are still not
forgiven for bathing us! ”

*Note: This is Caline and Frère’s 9th bath to see other posts of there baths click here.

 The Frenchman’s wife, “Guess what!”
Frère, “I have no idea, what.”

The Frenchman’s wife, “Tomorrow you're going to get a bath.”
Frère, “Non!”
(Translation: No I am not!)

The Frenchman, “But you have to have one
because you layed in the dirt.”

Frère, “Je refuse!”
(Translation: I refuse!)
The Frenchman’s wife, “But it’s not healthy to be dirty.”

Frère, “Did someone leave the window open?
I think I hear the wind whisteling.”

Dirt leads to…

The Frenchman, “What are you doing under the chair?”

Frère, “Considering taking a nap.”
The Frenchman, “You know there’s a lot of
dirt on the ground.”

Frère, “I see that.”
The Frenchman, “Well, you know dirt makes you
dirty and that leads to...”

Frère, “What?”

*Note: If you were wondering what dirty leads to, see tomorrow’s post.
